Our first ever Barista Throwdown a couple of weeks ago still has us thinking about coffee -- and not just any type of coffee, but espresso. If you've ever felt mystified having to choose between a flat white, a cortado, or a good ol' cappuccino, then fear not -- this post is all about decoding the strange language and rituals of espresso-brewing.
